SLA TECHNICIAN - Somerset, NJ

The Planner is responsible for sending orders to vendors following the described procedures for this process. The planner will also be cross-trained to be able to carry out other functions in the team as for example scanning of impressions and/or SLA Data Entry.

• Responsible for planning of orders send to Somerset, Mexico business as well as 3rd party vendor
• Troubleshoots difficult orders and suggests options of possible solutions
• Interacts with cross functional departments to relay information back to customer
• Makes decisions on processes based upon product/system knowledge in an effort to enhance customer experience
• Save user settings on hearing aids
• SLA data entry
• Scanning of impressions
• May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager/supervisor

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED; or minimum of 3 months related experience or training); or equivalent combination of education and experience
• in addition to good written and oral communication skills in English, good eyesight, hearing, and manual dexterity.
• The planning function requires excellent keyboard and typing skills, speed, accuracy, attention to detail.
• The planner needs excellent judgment while working in a fast paced environment, and must be able to work according to our described quality procedures. Requires a positive attitude, ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, reliability and flexibility.
• Overtime is expected and required as workload, customers, and training demands, and is always mandatory if needed on the last working day of the month including work on Saturday. Cross training and cross functionality are expected.
