The Oticon Medical Salesforce Administrator responsibility is to support business executives and end users in the adoption and ongoing improvement of the salesforce platform. They will have strong understanding of business processes and technical knowledge of the salesforce environment to perform their tasks. They will proactively engage with internal business partners (both locally and globally) to ensure stability of processes within the application (support) and configuration of new features.


  • Serve as local support and system administrator for the Salesforce
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Manage workflows in the Marketing Cloud and act as subject matter expert on Pardot
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Understand Salesforce integration with ancillary systems and coordinate with local / global teams troubleshooting and enhancements.
  • Work independently with local members of the user community to define and document enhancement requests
  • Work together with the Oticon Medical’s global SalesForce team to coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
  • Test new features in the system
  • Assist in documentation of features and training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between Oticon Medical users, Oticon Medical global team and customers.


  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with salesforce configuration
  • Experience with Sales / Service Cloud (required)
  • Experience with Pardot (required)
  • Experience with Salesforce Community cloud (preferred)
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder (preferred - or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of employment)
  • Strong business acumen and background
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • An analytical individual who questions why things are done and applies intelligence/experience to resolve issues
