Senior Manager, Communications

This role will be a strategic partner with key business leaders and the VP of Human Resources in defining both an internal and external communications strategy. Internally, focus will be on business updates, education about our different businesses and products along with key employee and leadership initiatives supporting employee engagement and our purpose of life changing hearing health. External strategy will be supporting business leaders and their marketing departments on executive communications that may include internal and external presentations, executive blogs, and social media, making sure messaging is aligned to the overall company strategy, priorities and narrative.
This position will report into the VP of HR yet will work closely with the key divisional leaders.

Work with leaders in defining both an internal Demant communications strategy that highlights our purpose, values and culture. Create a cadence of messaging through multimedia delivery of business updates, successes, recognition and strategy for all to understand and align with.
Partner with divisional leaders to support external communications and expand social media presence. Define divisional communications that support each brand and compliments other sister companies. Develop brand presence and support recruiting efforts to message the Demant group employee value proposition, culture and career paths.
Manage all communications deliverables, from content and messaging development to logistics, including executive organization announcements, internal and external presentations, blogs, social media, videos, and briefing documents. These deliverables include content development, messaging, and securing appropriate approvals.
Strategic adviser to Divisional Leaders on messaging, tone and speaker delivery. Coordinated closely with Denmark headquarter Corporate communications team.
