We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated, results-oriented professional for the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting and supporting the internal Recruitment team by performing administrative and recruiting related tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Responsibilities

  • Update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure applicant information is captured and accurate
  • Coordinates all documentation and reporting for Diagnostics Division, specifically Hearing Screening Associates
  • Act as coordinator for all candidates who have been through hiring process to bring them through the full onboarding into payroll
  • Work closely with Recruiting Operations to update new ATS fields as needed to support the team
  • Assist manager and team with preparing reports as needed
  • Schedule interviews (including travel) and provide itineraries and other direction to applicants to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience
  • Provide back up support to Recruiters and participates on various projects related to recruiting
  • Partner with Recruiters to generate ideas and share information to facilitate an effective search process

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Recruiting or Staffing Operations or Recruiting/Sourcing role is highly preferred
  • Ability to develop rapport with others and work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery; strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate dependability in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about getting results
  • Multi-task oriented; perform a wide variety of tasks with the ability to shift focus quickly as demands change
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet applications,
  • Knowledge of ATS and web-based recruiting tools to include Social media is desirable
