We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to oversee our accounting department’s daily operations. Potential candidate will work closely with a team of accountants, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and tax audits. Our ideal candidate uses strong analytical skills to create detailed cash flow reports and forecasts. To succeed in this role, you should also have a problem-solving attitude and be able to manage a team.


  • Oversee daily cash transactions and bank reconciliations
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing
  • Control global banking structure and administration for the entire business
  • Supervise and coordinates employee’s workflow to ensure accurate and timely distribution
  • Perform month-end close tasks including preparation and/or oversight of cash general ledger, bank activity, merchant credit card accounts, and review of all bank account reconciliations.
  • Oversee all banking, merchant services, corporate cards, and financing relationships.
  • Collaborate with accounts payable/receivable teams on cash management.
  • Provide and communicate cash forecasting to Treasurer & VP of Finance.
  • Monitor and analyze all merchant services and bank fees.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Previous supervisor experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results driven
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid knowledge of banking, general ledger, cash management
