The e3 Diagnostic division is the US sales, service and distribution function for all company manufactured instruments/equipment. The e3 Diagnostics division is the leading provider of Audiology equipment and service and is comprised of one central General Office (Arlington Heights, IL) and several dozen Sales and Service offices throughout the continental US. 


The successful Accounts Receivable Analyst candidate will create general ledger journal entries,  become system matter expert in our OneDiagnostic computer system while responding to customers, as well as, providing excellent customer service with face-to-face, verbal and written communication while working in a collaborative and team environment.


  • Accurately process all channels of customer payments (i.e. Checks, credit cards, electronic payments, etc.) in computer system and also on bank site
  • Maintain and prepare reports for ledger accounts and analyze the variance together with the Finance Department
  • Respond to customer (both internal and external) inquiries via phone, email, and fax
  • Review and, if appropriate, process debit and credit memos
  • Manage tax exempt certificate to include obtaining tax exempt certificates, entering in system, obtaining renewal before expiration, etc.
  • Generate and participate in distribution of monthly statements
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Maintains accurate files and documentation; participates in audits as necessary
  • Create and/or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the year, collaborating with Operations Manager
  • Recommends methods for operational efficiency to drive business results
  • All other duties as assigned



  • 2+ years’ experience working in accounting or accounts receivable, related college course work and/or degree desirable  
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail, highly organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
