e3 Diagnostics is a business within the US Diagnostic Division of Demant; we are seeking a Lead Sound Booth Laborer to support our Philadelphia Region. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service while supporting e3 Sales and Service colleagues.  Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work with 1-2 additional Sound Booth Laborers within the Northeast Region geography.  




As a Lead Sound Booth Laborer, you will provide assistance and actively contribute to high quality builds of sound rooms.


  • Oversees the work to install and assemble new Sound Booths; disassemble, move, and reinstall Sound Booths within hospitals, clinics, schools, and or businesses
  • Transport, move and assemble Sound Booths following proper methods as defined by manufacturer specifications; visually check components for defects/damage and communicate these items to Supervisor
  • Safely perform all assigned tasks, familiar with power tools and moving equipment such as dollies and wheeled carts
  • The sound booth laborer team must be punctual, efficient, and ready to work with the ability to understand basic concepts and direction




  • 2 years construction/trade experience
  • Some managerial experience a plus, but not required
  • Must pass a background check; Clear Drug Test may be required at certain business locations
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Reliable transportation to work location; Valid Driver’s License preferred
  • Ability to take direction and apply concepts effectively
  • Occasionally Sound Booths will be disassembled and relocated to a new site; requiring this position to travel to the new location; in this instance mileage may be reimbursed based upon the federal guidelines for mileage reimbursement
  • Physical Ability to lift and/or move large, bulky, heavy Sound Booth components; up to 50 pounds; may be on ladders and elevated work areas
  • Steel or composite toe shoes/boots, required
