The Senior Manager, IT supports the Clinic Operations & CFO Services to strengthen the overall strategy of HearingLife. This is accomplished through end-to-end ownership of IT solutions delivery and support within the fields of clinic operations and CFO services. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the management and performance of the company’s Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Sales applications (including but not limited to ERP, POS applications). 


  • Partners with functional leaders to plan, develop, support and manage multiple IT projects for the Sales and Financial services teams. Deep knowledge of the processes performed by functional business areas and is proficient at leading (in collaboration with the SVP of Clinics & CFO) these functional business areas with business process reengineering and large-scale ERP and other IT deployment initiatives.
  • Manage and lead full business applications of Clinic Operations & CFO Services IT team. This includes the areas of Front Office/Clinic and Back Office/Finance & RCM.
  • Key IT partner and responsible for the end-to-end ownership of all US IT solutions delivery and support within the fields of clinic operations and CFO services.
  • Oversee the planning of initiatives, assigns and directs applications program design, development and implementations.
  • Responsible for the full people management process of hiring/firing, retention, performance management, coaching for employee development, etc. to build a high performing team
  • Oversee digital transformation engagements by collaborating with functional areas and technical team to renovate technology and business models to reflect the new digital economy.
  • Conduct needs discovery to understand user requirements and determine the best digital solutions to improve efficiency. Drive end-to-end digital transformations across business, technology, process, and people, creating value by reinventing the core of client business
  • Ensures that Finance, Revenue Cycle Management and Sales applications are complimentary to the strategic direction of the business.
  • Leads and/ or supports digital transformation within the finance, revenue cycle management, and sales organizations.
  • Lead and partner with functional departments on focused IT and business process improvement initiatives in the areas of Field, Revenue Cycle Management, and/or Finance.
  • Provides thought leadership and plays an active role engaging with team members of the Hearing Care US IT leadership team.
  • Partners with Business Process Manager, Sr. Director of Hearing Care US IT, and global Audika Group Business Process Owners on prioritization of IT enhancements and bug corrections.
  • Partners with Global Hearing Care IT Sales & Operations Tribe Lead on IT solutions delivery.
  • May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager


  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution. Finance, IT or Business degree preferred.
  • 10+ years progressive IT/Consulting experience with a minimum five years project management, IT or operations management experience. Medical device industry experience a plus. 
  • Proven leadership experience in a professional, retail, consumer goods or healthcare clinic setting, preferably for a rapidly-growing multi-state, multi-location, customer-focused business.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage high performing teams
  • Demonstrated leader with a mindset of continuous improvement to influence, lead and collaborate cross functionally
  • Strong analytical skills, project management, database and systems integration skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
  • Confidentiality, time-sensitivity, accuracy and follow-through to completion. 
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with ambition and bias for action, while also receiving and prioritizing the support needs of a team.
  • Strong functional ability with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with varied office intranet systems a plus.
