HSA provides services for all aspects of Newborn hearing, beginning with personnel and testing, to equipment, to reporting and billing; our goal is to be the premier Newborn Hearing Screening company.

The Data Entry clerk is a permanent role based in the corporate office in Arlington Heights, IL. 

HSA provides services, ensuring all newborn infants hearing is screened before discharge from the hospital.  This is your opportunity to make a difference, one baby at a time.   

key role and RESPONSIBLITIES

• Provides support for Billing Department as available entering patient demographic and insurance data into the billing software, electronically filing patient medical records.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA and other privacy and security policies and regulations.
• Researching pending eligibility claims within State database systems.
• All other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED required, Associate degree in business related area preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, time management and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail.
• Must be able to take and follow direction.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous data entry experience, preferred.
