Hearing Screening Associates (HSA) is a full-service company that offers an all-inclusive service for the hearing screening of newborn infants. HSA provides services for all aspects of newborn hearing, beginning with personnel and testing, equipment, and reporting and billing; our goal is to be the premier Newborn Hearing Screening company.

Hearing Screening Associates is looking for an Operations Coordinator to work in the Hearing Screening Associates (HAS) headquarters in Arlington Heights, IL.


  • Establishes and maintains relationships through open communication with key contacts, such as Hospital Human Resources, HSA Operations Managers and Supervisors, Newborn Hearing Screeners, and other key customer contacts
  • Maintains contact with assigned new employees until hospital orientation is completed and hospital badge is obtained, ensuring timeline is adhered to; maintains onboarding tracking log
  • Responds to internal and external credentialing inquiries for assigned hospitals on a dayto-day basis as they arise
  • Distributes training course links and instructions to assigned new hires, and tracks completion
  • Retains credentialing documents in database and responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the data within the system
  • Ensures new employees receive scrubs and ID badges
  • Assists with answering main phone line and Toll-Free Number inquiries and directing to the appropriate department
  • Performs other duties, as assigned Qualifications (including education, experience, and preferences)
  • Consistently completes workload within established deadlines
  • Adjusts priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

  • All other duties as assigned


  • 2+ years of office experience
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience preferred
  • Ability to complete a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another
  • Capable of working with frequent interruptions or distractions
  • Consistently completes workload within established deadlines
  • Adjusts priorities quickly as circumstances dictate


Employment is contingent upon the following:

  • Clear seven (7) year background check
    • Verifiable prior employment including title and dates of hire

    • Education
