Summary 

The Identity Access Management Analyst role will work with technical staff and leadership to construct and manage Identity Access Management

capabilities. Develop processes in alignment with Birdsong Health Benefits requirements, and lead the enhancement and maturation of those capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, and support global identity and access management solutions.
• Centralize identity and access governance in support of business, security, and regulatory requirements
• Develop processes and automation to support account management activities, such as provisioning, de-provisioning, security alerts, logging, access certification, onboarding, and bulk account attribute configuration
• Assist with managing authentication products and support development of Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities and processes
• Leverage functionality provided by enterprise directory services including Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP, MFA, SSO, etc.
• Other tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Strong personal initiative
• Working knowledge and experience with Okta setup and administration
• Working knowledge and experience with Active Directory setup and administration
• Knowledge of how various authentication schemes function and interact (SAML, OAuth, ADFS, etc.)
• 1+ years in an Identity Access Management role
