Overview

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting assigned client group/s on HR related topics including administration of HR processes and procedures, performance management, supporting organization improvement initiatives and employee relations. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and trusted counsel to employees, managers, leaders, and their teams. Drive process improvement and streamline administration of data changes to a field organization.Leads critical HR initiatives in manager training, workforce planning, and monitoring data analytics for client groups. Assess, develop, and execute ongoing engagement strategies to address business and talent requirements for continued organization effectiveness. Identify talent skill gaps, and determine training and development initiatives or recruitment strategies to minimize gap in coordination with Recruitment. Define and manage process for onboarding, including multiple stakeholders, to get new hires productive with the right tools, administration, and training. Support Acquisition and integration activities by assessing and recommending changes impacting structure, tittle, compensation and policies leading to minimal disruption to productivity. In collaboration with the business, define and implement organizational changes. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and consult on matters concerning workplace accommodations, discipline, terminations, ethics and compliance. Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations. Work in collaboration with other centralized HR areas of expertise to deliver business solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of HR related experience preferred, with HR Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • Hybrid work environment, minimum 3 days onsite.
  • Innovative thinker with experience in a rapidly transforming environment
  • Strong consulting, influencing, coaching and analytical skills
  • Prior experience developing and facilitating training programs preferred
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time and be able to effectively handle changing conditions.
  • Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to won/lead projects or components of project work as assigned.
