e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Sales and Service Technician to join our team in the Layton, UT office; this e3 Sales and Service Technician is ideal for someone who is good at fixing things, enjoys traveling, and direct contact with our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships and provide unparalleled service and technical support
  • Perform calibration, maintenance, repairs, and installations on a wide range of audiology and biomed equipment
  • Perform software and firmware upgrades to existing biomed equipment
  • Meet or exceed all sales and service goals in assigned territory
  • Maintain accurate records of customer contact and equipment
  • Keep product knowledge current and attend all required training
  • Work with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to management when necessary
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2 year technical or engineering degree, or related experience preferred
  • Experience speaking and/or selling to customers or medical professionals
  • Proficient in updating and troubleshooting software problems
  • Experience in networking and providing hardware support preferred
  • Must be able to obtain and keep certification through the National Association of Special Equipment Distributors (NASED)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to maintain clear driving record
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check as well as any customer-required screening requirements
  • Travel is required – Mostly will be working around the Wasatch Front, but will also travel regularly around Utah, Western Wyoming, and Eastern Nevada including Las Vegas. Company car will be provided
  • Salesforce experience preferred
