e3 Diagnostics is looking for a temporary data entry specialist to assist multiple teams out of our corporate office in Arlington Heights, Illinois.


  • Provides support for multiple departments (IT, Marketing, Service, Master Data, Customer Service, etc.)
  • Data entry using multiple spreadsheets simultaneously.
  • Document development-create and/or update standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate files and documentation.
  • Collaboration with multiple managers and teams daily.
  • Recommend methods for operational efficiency to drive business results.

  • All other duties as assigned.


  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particular emphasis within Excel.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized.
  • Experience with heavy data/file management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining the ability to take and follow directions from multiple work groups.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, time management and problem-solving skills.

Employment is contingent upon the following:
