The BSA role requires a strong understanding of the SDLC and an ability to identify, document and communicate business requirements to support behind business and technology processes. This role will support high-level business case alignment and development as well as lower-level requirements gathering and functional validation/testing.  



  • Experience identifying change needs, assessing the impact of the changes, capturing, and documenting requirements and ensuring that those requirements are delivered on-time at the highest level of quality.
  • Coordinate with team members to define and document project scope, define project schedule, and outline deliverables.
  • Bridge business and technical communications to obtain knowledge of current system capabilities and interactions.
  • Assist in the writing of release notes and implementation documentation.
  • Educate internal clients and IT teams on enhanced functionality and provide support as needed. 
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and clients/stakeholders to provide complex technical business solutions to meet user needs.
  • Communicate project progress regularly to management and relevant teams.
  • Experience in production support. Nice to have previously worked with vendors/startups.



  • Experience facilitating meetings of cross-functional teams to identify requirements, deliverables, and unforeseen issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, and disseminate information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience working on end-to-end development life cycles.
  • Strong organizational skills are required.
  • Proven experience of written and verbal communication between cross-functional teams.


• Healthcare experience with EDI, claims process and provider network/care management.
• Practical knowledge working in multi brand, onshore / offshore team setups
• Experience working within large scale multi system implementations (i.e. ERP, CRM, Web)

Education/ Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, or another related field.
  • 5 years of experience in business and IT requirements analysis, documentation, and project management.
