Please note that this position is located in Chadds Ford, PA. 

This position is responsible for the creation and delivery of invoices for purchase orders submitted through the SAGE system.  It also ensures that invoices are aligned with the company entity and contract through which the orders were placed and appear in the correct instance of SAGE.  On the occasion of customer billing inquiries, this position will also conduct the necessary research to resolve the issues and make any corrections required to the invoices and/or accounts. Timeliness of invoice issuance in line with preestablished due dates is paramount.

This position will have access to protected health information (PHI) in the course of his/her duties.  The designated records by HIPAA standards to which this position will have access, include manufacturer invoices and credits.


  • Prepare invoices for orders placed in SAGE for assigned entities
  • Ensure that the invoices are aligned with the corresponding contracts and SAGE instances
  • Ensure that the invoices are submitted within preestablished contractual terms
  • Review daily distribution list of specified batches and research/correct problem invoices
  • Ensure that invoice discrepancies that are corrected and returned to Billing are processed within 24 hours
  • Collaborate with Billing, Customer Data Management and Sales Operations teams on account credit issuance and re-bills
  • Maintain billing department productivity and accuracy goals
  • Comply with HIPAA federal and state guidelines and organization policies
  • Special projects as assigned



  • High School education or equivalent
  • One to two years related experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, particularly at month-end, to ensure accurate revenue recognition reporting
  • Intermediate Excel skills and ability to learn/navigate system portals
  • Knowledge of SAGE, a plus
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills
  • Awareness and commitment to following processes related to supporting customer confidentiality and data protection
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
