The primary responsibility of the Occupational Health Specialist is to grow e3’s revenue in the Industrial and Occupational Health market segments of an assigned US geographical territory which overlaps multiple existing regional territories.  This position will be responsible to work closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to create and implement plans for maximizing e3 sales growth in this market segment; and responsible for revenues consisting of equipment sales, calibration and repair services, sound booths, supplies, customer educational services, etc. This position will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders sharing information and creating winning strategies to grow the business. Seeking candidates located near a major aiport in the Southern US; up to 50% regional travel. 

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategic business and targeted account plans to maximize e3 revenue and profit growth in the Industrial/Occupational Health (IND) segment.  
  • Develop strong understanding of all products and services offered, ability to execute training of the Occupational Health portfolio for the Regional Sales Teams shared geography.
  • Work closely with RSMs within region to create cooperative growth plans for the IND market, goals, performance metrics and frequent communications.
  • Grow our customer base. Create new partnerships with customers including large, multi-site customers; identify/prioritize candidates, build relationships and sales with these key customers. Retain existing customers, providing unmatched customer satisfaction through sales and services performance.
  • Implement best-in-class sales practices.
  • Provide leadership support when necessary to overcome customer objections and sales obstacles in support of sales goals.
  • Competitive reviews performed at least annually to assess strengths, weaknesses – and to make corresponding and prompt reactions.
  • Responsible for management and compliance to annual budgets including frequent sales forecasts, variance analyses – recommending and implementing corrective actions as needed. 
  • Effective management, execution and utilization of e3’s customer management systems (Salesforce.com).
  • Communicate across local office teams, senior leadership, corporate stakeholders, and to manufacturing partners ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Optimizing processes – identify and implement continually-improving processes that reduce errors, improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of hands-on sales experience
  • Experience in the Industrial segment of the audiology equipment and service market preferred
  • Analytical and critical thinker, numbers-driven
  • Team-player, can work effectively with others to identify and resolve issues
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, ability to multi-task, resourceful
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
