Your primary objective will be to provide precise, data-driven insights into the company's financial health, including profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity. Additionally, your role focuses on introducing new reporting and analysis processes to improve financial efficiency, enabling quicker decision-making and better business outcomes. You'll work closely with various business and functional teams, mastering essential financial tasks like reporting, analysis, forecasting, and supporting our business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support various financial tasks, including reporting, analysis, and forecasting
  • Perform analyses and provide financial commentary for both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative partnership with the US Commercial Team to support strategic and financial planning.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models to assist in the financial planning process for both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Support monthly close processes by preparing monthly reports and analyze key financial metric for full P&L
  • Review and audit monthly commissions for field sales.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process for the full P&L, including developing presentations for top leadership.
  • Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 - 3 years working in the Accounting/Finance field.
  • Exhibit a team player attitude by thriving in high-performing, collaborative groups
  • Communicate effectively with exemplary written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Display a robust understanding of Large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, Microsoft Navision, JD Edwards).
  • Key Excel formulas, such as XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH MATCH, SUMIFs, COUNTIFs, and Pivot Tables.Financial consolidation tools, including SAP BPC and Oracle Hyperion.
  • Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, analyze complex issues, and demonstrate solid judgement
