What you'll be doing:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will partner with IT, Finance Leadership, and other key stakeholders to provide coordination of the Finance portfolio of projects, scope future opportunities, and function as the bridge between Finance Leadership and project teams, ensuring execution within timeline, scope, and budget. This will include change management, identifying interdependencies, tracking progress, leading and documenting meetings, ensuring cross-functional communication and stakeholder management, identifying critical paths and risk mitigation plans, and vendor management.

You will develop, document, train, and implement project management best practices for the US Group Services Finance team. You must be well-versed in project management methodologies, diving into strategic projects, and creating project plans. Over time, you will build the project management capability in the organization through coaching and conducting formal training.

You must have:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, 5+ years' experience managing projects, and 5+ years' experience with stakeholder management

Project management certification (PMP, etc.), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
