We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled senior-level attorney with 10+ years of experience to join our in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and knowledge in healthcare law and transactions, particularly concerning device manufacturers and their customers, healthcare clinics, managed care and health insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid, and federal and state healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will also possess a deep understanding of fraud and abuse laws, reimbursement statutes, and various other regulatory frameworks pertinent to the healthcare industry. This role requires the candidate to provide practical, timely and proactive advice to senior management and the ability to manage complex transactions. The new hire will be part of a successful legal team, reporting to the Head of Legal, US.
This position requires working on site in our Somerset, NJ location on Tuesday and Thursday.
