• Manage, support and troubleshoot Windows-based laptops, workstation, and related systems. 

• Assist in configuring PC machines and infrastructure equipment 

• Help maintain remote offices, including network and phone systems 

• Assist local and remote locations with in-house software packages and programs 

• Complete necessary and accurate documentation of work performed 

• Inventory Management and IT related logistics 

• Performs a variety of duties with frequent interruptions or distractions, adjusting priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

• All other duties as assigned 

• Associates degree in an IT related program or four years of equivalent work experience supporting desktop computers in a business environment 

• Strong working knowledge of operating systems in a networked environment 

• Experience with commonly used business applications 

• Effective problem solving & critical thinking skills 

• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills 

• Up to 30% travel (Domestic-USA) 

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
