    The Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting the diverse client groups on HR related matters including; administration of HR processes and procedures, managing employee relations issues, supporting effective performance management and supporting various organization improvement initiatives. This role should partner with the leaders of our HearingLife business.  This is the largest company in the US supporting over 2,000 Team Members.   Responsible to utilize the right analysis and tools to identify problems on organization effectiveness and work with the business to develop and implement appropriate solutions. 

    Responsibilities

    • Provide guidance and trusted counsel to employees, managers, leaders and their teams.
    • Handle Employee Relations issues in a timely, compliant manner
    • Assess, develop and execute engagement strategies to address business and talent requirements for continued organization effectiveness.
    • Identify skill gaps, and determine training and development initiatives or recruitment strategies to minimize gap
    • Responsibleto design, facilitate and drive training and compliance related initiatives
    • Serve as change agent and support communication plans by partnering with leaders through cultural and organizational change.
    • Work with leaders to further embed cultural norms and behaviors into the organization
    • Work with managers to raise the bar on performance by setting expectations and managing performance through regular feedback and documentation
    • Investigate and resolve all employee relations issues and consult on matters concerning workplace accommodations, discipline, terminations, ethics and compliance
    • Drive HR compliance in both HQ and field office locations
    • Work in collaboration with other centralized HR areas of expertise

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field
    • 8 years of related experience preferred. (At least 5 years working with mid to senior leaders on HR issues and initiatives).
    • Innovative thinker with experience in a rapidly transforming environment
    • Strong consulting, influencing, coaching and analytical skills
    • Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels within the organization
    • Ability to analyze data and identify emerging trends and issues
    • Skills in procedure development and documentation along with process mapping and improvement
    • Experience with retail locations a huge plus
