    We are currently seeking a Manager, Recruiting to support hiring for Hearing Life clinics throughout the United States. The Manager, Recruiting will manage other Field Recruiters to ensure alignment of process and tight collaboration with field leaders in filling vacancies and sourcing for Audiologist and support staff talent. The Manager, Recruiting will also support a region; sourcing and recruiting for a mix of positions that are located within the clinics of that Hearing Life region.


    • Measure and analyze data and make course corrections and/or recommendations to improve department performance on cost, time and quality of fills
    • Evaluate and propose strategies around recruiting through various social media outlets
    • Drive compliance and adherence to process around policies and systems for compliant reporting on applicant tracking and dispositioning of candidates
    • Drive a culture and mentality of continuous outreach and partnering with the line leaders on their staffing needs and progress of recruitment activities
    • Identify and source appropriate talent for current openings
    • Conduct effective resume review and calibration, screens applicants, schedules interviews and recommends candidates for employment
    • Advise potential candidates on employee benefits, salary, incentive programs and company culture
    • Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical & creative means to source candidates
    • Partner with HR colleagues to ensure a consistent recruiting, on boarding and transition of all candidates
    • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants from selection to on-boarding
    • Ensures that all candidates data is in ATS with accurate entry and validation by recruiters


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related discipline in which business knowledge and an understanding of human resource practices are gained
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting
    • Minimum 2+ years managing a recruiting team
    • Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and how to leverage technology for recruitment, specific experience with iCims is a plus
    • Proactive with high level of engagement, responsiveness and execution
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
