You will be a key player in building up our sales clan in the USA. Your goal is to deliver sell-through with our retail partners, to ultimately increase our market share, grow business and reach our commercial objectives aligning to our brand guidelines

 

Join Our Sales Team for Gaming products

This position offers you a large degree of autonomy and account responsibility for several accounts. You become part of the USA Sales team and report to the Sales Director North America 

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Spend majority of your time with in-person meetings to create demand and secure brand relevance with thoroughly selected retail partners, targeting identified gamers in your market. Handle CE and Big Box channel of distribution.
  • Manage the customer portfolio, including but not limited to sales planning, presentation, closing, forecasting, sales support and follow-up
  • Represent Sennheiser Gaming effectively in our commercial relationships with customers and at events
  • Train and brief reseller sales teams on the experience and benefits of EPOS Gaming
  • Implementation and execution of local/regional trade marketing, product marketing and local sales activities
  • Team-up with the Sales Director North America to develop and implement your sales plan and ensure that sales initiatives and actions are aligned with EPOS's global mission, strategic objectives and values
  • Staying alert with competitive activity and create reports on a regular basis
  • Partner with various teams across Sales, Marketing, Product Management

Qualifications

What we are looking for

An excellent sales person who is highly motivated and driven by strengthening existing and building new relationships with channel partners, securing brand relevance & meeting/exceeding goals. You have at least 5-7 years of demonstrated success and consistently exceeding your quota.

 

 

Furthermore, ideal candidates possess:

  • Self-starter and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to create and work with P&L and ability to report numbers weekly.
  • Analytic mindset with a sell through culture versus sell in
  • Specialized knowledge and understanding of the Consumer Electronics industry/gaming peripherals industry or related field
  • Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience in managing dedicated accounts: BestBuy, Gamestop, Walmart.com, Amazon, Major retailer experience with premium brands is preferred
  • Experience in sales techniques/sales excellence/CRM tools e.g Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Create distribution and product segmentation strategies
  • Ability to understand MAP policies and adherence
  • Ability to travel as required

Sennheiser Communications A/S, the joint venture between Demant A/S and Sennheiser electronic GmbH & Co. KG, has previously announced that it will evolve in new set-ups. During 2020, Enterprise Solutions and Gaming headsets will evolve as a new independent company, EPOS, under the global audio and hearing technology group Demant. Going forward, EPOS will manufacture and sell the existing Sennheiser Communications portfolio for Enterprises and Gaming co-branded as EPOS | SENNHEISER products.
