The Manager of Human Resources is responsible for supporting these client groups (approx. 700 ees) on HR related matters including; administration of HR processes and procedures, managing employee relations issues, supporting effective performance management and designing. Responsible to utilize the right analysis and tools to identify problems on organization effectiveness and work with theDirector of Human Resources to help develop and implement appropriately tailored solutions. This position reports into the Director of Human Resources. Travel between the two HQ sites as needed. Additional national travel to satellite offices as needed. Overall travel is expected to be 10 - 20%
