You will be a key player in building up our sales clan in the USA. Your goal is to deliver sell-through with our retail partners, to ultimately increase our market share, grow business and reach our commercial objectives aligning to our brand guidelines

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Representative promotes and sells products and services to new and existing accounts through effective telemarketing sales techniques to ensure end-user satisfactions and meet or exceed company assigned revenue goals.

  • Contacts prospects through effective telemarketing methods and cold calling to qualify needs.
  • Generates sales revenue to meet or exceed sales quota
  • Promotes and sells products and services through suggestive sales techniques to meet and surpass profitability goals.
  • Provides customers with accurate information regarding all products and services.
  • Applies the company's sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
  • Follows up sales as appropriate.
  • Keeps management informed of all activity to include timely preparation.
  • Maintains a log of activities in CRM including sales call summaries, sales progress, new account updates, sales pipeline in-formation etc.
  • Engages in technical discussions with potential and existing clients and distribution partners.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and competitive advantages.
  • Works with Channel ISR/Managers/Partners to effectively promote products and services

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years’ experience high-volume outbound sales position with a proven track record of meeting metrics
  • May consider lesser education with additional years of related sales experience.
  • Ability to work independently; self-reliance
  • Competitive drive and ability to meet clearly defined metrics
  • Dynamic phone personality
