    The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare financial statements that follow all regulatory and accounting guidelines under the supervision of a controller. The role will be responsible for financial accuracy, set up control systems, accountable for day-to-day transactional accounting, financial audits, and quarterly financial reporting requirements etc.

    Contribute to keep the accounting and financial processes of the company up to standard and ensure accurate financial reporting and control.




    • Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements
    • Review journal entries, invoices etc. and reconcile accounts for the monthly closing
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts
    • Lead the annual financial external audit
    • Preparing and reviewing the monthly financial statement reporting packages for executive management
    • Provide leadership and support to the business in alignment with global and functional operating model and procedures
    • Provide advice and decision support through financial steering and planning
    • Collaborates closely with cross functional teams to ensure financial processes/policies are understood and supported across company to ensure scalability of our operations to support future growth
    • Supervise, coach and mentor accounting staff including hiring, retention,performance management, employee development, etc.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
    • Minimum 3-5 years working in the Accounting field
    • Experience managing 3-5 employees
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially excel)
      • (Manipulation and creation of Pivot Tables and utilization of V-Lookups & Sum-Ifs)
    • Strong result oriented, pro-activity, self-motivated and ownership
    • Proven experience as assistant controller or other similar position
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting, etc)
    • Understanding of data analysis and forecasting
    • Well-organized and ability to juggle multiple priorities
    • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
    • Solid knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and regulations
    • Commitment to continuous self, team, and process improvement
    • Solid knowledge of accounting principles
    • Eliability and ability to carry out tasks collaboratively is a must.
