If you are a dynamic sales person with a track record of sustained year over year growth and can drive high performance then we need you to lead our customers and deliver our practice building services and products to hearing healthcare providers and ENT physician practices. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in our Missouri territory and expand our market share within the hearing healthcare industry. If you have experience driving results through both field sales and tele-sales, and if your vision is to align with the leading organization in hearing healthcare practice building then we have the opportunity you have been looking for.

The Account Manager is responsible for expanding Consult YHN’s market share within the hearing healthcare industry.  This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled across their customer portfolio. This position has accountability for new business development, high customer engagement and existing customer revenue growth.

Our ACCOUNT MANAGERS are responsible for partnering with our associate practices with the goal of implementing a proven business process improvement methodology.

  • Implement strategies that drive business process and behavioral change
  • Build, maintain & grow a robust portfolio of ASSOCIATE practices via well-honed tele-sales techniques
  • Develop and execute an annual business/marketing plan to drive required results for each ASSOCIATE practice
  • Manage and implement training and staff development sessions on a regular basis with ASSOCIATE practices
  • Integrate and leverage vendor partner relationships
  • Drive utilization and compliance with Consult YHN’s proprietary business management system


  • 7 years of sales experience with a proven track record of increasing revenue and efficiency utilizing proven business strategies
  • Hearing healthcare experience desired
  • 4-year Degree; MBA desired
