If you are a dynamic Sales Leader with a track record of sustained year over year growth and can drive high performance then we need you to lead our sales team in delivering our practice building services and products to hearing healthcare providers and ENT physician practices. We are seeking an experienced sales and management professional to lead our Regional Team and expand our market share within the hearing healthcare industry. If you have experience building and managing successful sales teams, driving results through both field sales and tele-sales, and if your vision is to align with the leading organization in hearing healthcare practice building then we have the opportunity you have been looking for.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for expanding Consult YHN’s market share within the hearing healthcare industry.  This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization.    This position has accountability for business development, sales team management and leadership.

Team Management and Leadership


  • Manage, lead and inspire a field sales team to drive the development of a robust portfolio of practices producing year over year revenue and unit growth
  • Develop a sales team’s skills and attributes consistent with defined competencies required for success
  • Follow sound performance management practices and processes
  • Execute semi-annual formal employee reviews
  • Actively manage the process for hiring, onboarding, training and performance of employees


Portfolio Development and Recruiting


  • Actively manage Account Managers’ new business development efforts to ensure that robust pipelines are maintained
  • Represent Consult YHN at industry events
  • Build and leverage vendor partner relationships
  • Ensure that the Region meets or exceeds targets for unit sales, revenue, and profit


  • Minimum of 7 years sales management experience to include both inside sales and field sales management responsibilities
  • Demonstrated achievement of increasing revenue and efficiency utilizing proven business strategies
  • Experience managing value-add service delivery
  • Experience managing sales associates with multiple product lines
  • Experience managing sales teams producing in excess of $150 million in annual revenue


  • Four (4) year Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
  • MBA highly preferred.
