If you are a dynamic sales person with a track record of sustained year over year growth and can drive high performance then we need you to join our team to deliver practice building services and products to hearing healthcare providers and ENT physician practices.

 

We are seeking an experienced inside sales professional to drive growth and expand our market share within the hearing healthcare industry. If you have experience driving results through either field sales and tele-sales, and if your vision is to align with the leading organization in hearing healthcare practice building then we have the opportunity you have been looking for.

 

The Account Manager is responsible for expanding Consult YHN’s market share within the hearing healthcare industry. This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled across their customer portfolio and deliver Consult YHN services to drive organizational development and growth to our customers.

Our ACCOUNT MANAGERS are responsible for partnering with our associate practices with the goal of implementing a proven business process improvement methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Expand portfolio “reach” and deeper penetrations with daily calls to Associates to pitch EDP class participation
  • Design, sell, and implement strategies and tactics that drive business process change that result in per store unit sales increases
  • Develop and execute an Annual Strategic Action Plan needed to drive required results for each Associate
  • Integrate and leverage vendor partner relationships
  • Help facilitate onboarding calls for new customers
  • Facilitate weekly tele-training calls
  • Attend/co-facilitate sales meetings and trainings
  • Analyze and report trends from tracking
  • Assist with hearing aid pricing analysis and create hearing aid pricing grids

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years’ professional experience is preferred, preferably in account management
  • Ability to use standard Microsoft Office software as well as Consult YHN software such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
