Regional Balance Specialists assist in providing best-suited equipment solutions to our customer’s clinical needs.


The Regional Balance Specialist reports to the US Director of Sales of E3 Diagnostics and is responsible for the overall management of the regional balance products in an assigned geographic territory.


  • Driving growth within the Balance product portfolio of e3 Diagnostics.
  • Work with your regional offices to create and continually update the growth plans for this region through a deep understanding of the various customer segments, market dynamics and drivers, as well as changing competitive environment. Ensures the reliable execution of all plans/tactics, involving the US Sales Director as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of Balance product sales opportunities through the local e3 offices to deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Deliver monthly equipment sales forecasts with a high degree of accuracy (90%+) rolled up from each of your regional e3 offices.
  • Ensures that customers receive the most suitable balance equipment recommendations to meet their needs and requirements, assist in closing the sale, provide in-service training, and post-sale support and service.
  • Closely monitor and manage expenses to remain within quarterly and annual budgets.
  • Maintains technical/clinical knowledge by attending clinical workshops, reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by assisting in training and development of e3 regional sales people within the e3 regional offices assigned to your area.
  • Shares ideas and best practices with across all e3 offices
  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to lead additional projects as needed.
  • Build & maintain customer relationships through your regional e3 offices.
  • Meet or exceed all sales goals in assigned geography.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer contact information.
  • Keep product knowledge current, attending all required training
  • Work with your assigned e3 offices to negotiate contracts and pricing.



  • Attentive to details working with concurrent tasks & frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to support assigned sales regions balance sales efforts managing multiple sales and customer opportunities simultaneously.

  • Strong aptitude for balance testing & related equipment.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational abilities.

  • Prior Balance sales and/or hearing industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong aptitude for balance testing & related equipment. Minimum 5 years in a sales or clinical role in the balance market.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrates great attention to detail with high standard of work quality.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel; Ability to read & interpret financial documents required; Prior P&L responsibilities are a plus.
  • 50% travel.


  • 50% travel – ability to drive for extended periods of time and fly as needed to reach all customers in assigned territory; Some overnight trips will be required. Company car will be provided.
  • Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching depending on variables at customer location.
