Quickly approaching 6,500 affiliates, YHN is the fastest growing hearing health system in the country.  We are currently seeking a Medicare Advantage Account Manager for our Managed Care division.

 

The Medicare Advantage Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term sales relationships with key external stakeholders in the Medicare Advantage space. This role is accountable to achieve/exceed the Medicare Advantage revenue and market share goals through effective sales planning to drive the identification, development, maintenance and retention of organic customers. 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on annual sales planning to achieve goals including account management and prospecting
  • Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities in the Medicare Advantage space
  • Drive revenue and retain customers by selling products/services and solutions
  • Monitor and develop Medicare Advantage leads to establish potential for sales partnership
  • Initiate high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to develop Medicare Advantage sales opportunity
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of YHN products, sales programs, services, and processes
  • Primary interface for Medicare Advantage sales and service, creates demand by raising YHN profile with customers
  • Support Management Team with various initiatives and respond to tasks, projects and work requests in a timely, accurate and positive manner
  • Actively participate in our continuous improvement culture
  • Deliver desired service levels based on customer segmentation approach
  • Deliver Best-in-Class Customer Experience
  • Participate in regular trainings to improve sales, coaching and leadership skills
  • May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree required; preferably in business administration or other related fields
  • Minimum 5 years-experience in Medicare Advantage account sales; Experience or knowledge of hearing industry is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct annual sales planning and execute accordingly
  • Demonstrated ability to create sales relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
