Hearing Screening Associates is a full-service company that offers an all-inclusive service for the hearing screening of newborn infants. HSA provides services for all aspects of newborn hearing, beginning with personnel and testing, to equipment, to reporting and billing; our goal is to be the premier Newborn Hearing Screening company.


The Inside Sales Support Representative is responsible for supporting to our National Account Managers who sell our products and services in territories across the US.  You will serve as a facilitator for product sales and contract negotiations as well as after-sale supplies purchases and provide sales support for existing customers.  You will work to prospect for sales opportunities.


  • Calls prospective customers from various databases to mine for sales/demo/service contract opportunities
  • Verifies and updates contacts, and expands the information in ACT Customer Relations Management (CRM) software
  • Provides product pricing information about supplies to customers by consulting the pricing matrix
  • Assists in coordinating the acquisition and delivery of samples for prospective clients
  • Takes customer calls regarding a variety of topics and directs them to the appropriate person
  • Assembles and sends marketing materials to customers as requested
  • Understands our products sufficiently to assist and advise a customer regarding how we can meet their needs
  • All other duties as assigned


  • Associate’s degree in business administration, marketing, or similar field preferred
  • At least two years’ experience in a sales environment preferred
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Can quickly learn our PC-based quoting system (QuoteWerks), CRM system (ACT), and are comfortable in Word and Excel

  • Have strong organization skills, are detail-oriented, and willing to follow through to complete tasks within given deadlines


Employment is contingent upon the following:

  • Clear seven (7) year background check
