This position will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing and manage the day to day planning and execution of all B2B marketing initiatives for Oticon, Inc.  This position will require daily contact with internal departments as well as our external vendors. The Marketing Manager, B2B will rely on his/her own experience and judgment to plan, execute and accomplish goals by performing a wide variety of tasks. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of planning and executing online and traditional B2B marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email, advertising (paid and nonpaid), and social media and to increase qualified traffic, brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend strategically aligned marketing initiatives or site improvements that contribute to increasing B2B traffic, brand awareness, and engagement as well as optimizing user experience.
  • Support and coordinate the B2B search marketing, paid media and social media programs; recommend initiatives to continually improve performance of these programs. Ensure all messaging and branding is consistent throughout and aligned will all other B2B channels.
  • Identify opportunities for improving user experience and engagement across all channels, including traditional and digital channels.
    • Conduct ROI and performance analysis on recommended B2B go-to-market plans
  • Advocate best practices and new industry trends and opportunities for B2Bmarketing campaign performance.
  • Work with Senior eCommerce Manager to align on opportunities within MYO to drive messaging and branding. Coordinate to optimize this channel for all B2B marketing campaigns where appropriate.
  • Work closely across marketing departments to ensure alignment of B2B product messaging and strategy is represented in marketing campaigns and to ensure coordination, cohesiveness of marketing campaigns and consistent brand and product messaging.
  • Manage the relationship with the marketing agency for B2B campaigns, internal groups and CRM team for management of B2B CRM via Marketing Cloud for management of B2B automations, segmentation, workflows utilizing all possible channels.
  • Manage the development and implementation of all B2B marketing deliverables with consistent messaging intended to drive brand and product messaging to existing and new B2B customer base. Ensure alignment with internal marketing team on B2B marketing plans.
  • Utilization of Google Analytics and Marketing Cloud to measure and analyze to improve B2B customer’s experience, navigation, and on-line marketing initiatives; make recommendations for improvements where appropriate.
  • Ensure website reflects all B2B product and creative correctly; ensure for brand and product messaging consistency. Recommend the development of supplemental website B2B content/sections to support strategy/marketing campaigns.
  • May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5-7 years in B2C and/or B2B online and traditional marketing and web experience; web experience should include a solid understanding of site navigation, use of content management tools and reporting tools.
  • Proven track record in understanding the delivery of Search Engine Optimization, Social Media and Email marketing
  • High performing, high energy self-starter with proven ability to work both independently as well as as a member of high-performance teams in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Management Experience a plus
