The Account Manager – ENT & Hospital shall be responsible to lead the growth and development of the Division by servicing existing accounts and selling Consult YHN services to ENT practices and hospital ENT departments throughout the country.  Additionally, responsible for successfully coordinating and completing all portfolio duties for the ENT & Hospital Division by providing quality internal and external customer service to colleagues and clients by maintaining relationships, managing expectations, and communicating clearly, promptly, and professionally.


The position shall require delivering sales and value thru Consult YHN services to drive organizational development, customer growth, and revenue which will result in improved performance and profitability of each practice and ENT department. Also, shall be responsible for improving revenue through hearing aid sales by new business development, retention, and increasing same store growth and market share.


  • Recruit new customers into portfolio thru daily tele-sales activity and site visits to fill vacant geographic areas or replace underperforming customers
  • Design, sell, and implement strategies and tactics that drive business process change that result in per store unit sales increases
  • Develop and execute an Annual Strategic Action Plan needed to drive required results for each Associate
  • Spend 3 days per week in the field conducting full day Company Meetings and EDP classes for customers
  • Drive revenue growth through full implementation of the Consult YHN’s solutions package in in ENT & hospital customers
  • Facilitate tele-training calls
  • Facilitate monthly owner group calls


  • MBA pre-work:
    • Collect financial information for P&L Analysis and complete spreadsheet
    • Collect outstanding information for BAI
    • Coordinate with Sales Analytics to request territory analyses
  • Deliver value and sales Required Results (R2) while increasing unit sales of existing accounts through the design, sale and implementation of strategies and tactics that drive business process change
  • Expand portfolio engagement by driving attendance to EDP classes
  • Integrate and leverage vendor partner relationships
  • Drive utilization and compliance with our proprietary business management system
  • Develop an Upgrade Program target list and deliver a minimum of 1 program per month
  • Achieve your Reach and Frequency Contact R2s for portfolio of accounts
  • Capture competitive unit market share with the goal of increasing our Share of Wallet to at least 90% in each account
  • Be accountable daily and weekly to the Regional Manager for reporting on current initiatives and results
  • Manage corporate initiatives as required
  • Maintain patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA federal guidelines and Consult YHN policies and procedures


  • Minimum of seven (7) years of professional sales experience with five (5) years of experience in the ENT space
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Audiology Degree or state-certified Dispensing License preferred
