The Accounts Receivable Manager position is a pivotal role supporting the US Hearing Aid and Buying Group Business Units with over $500M in revenue and average accounts receivable of $100M. This role is integral as it oversees the credit evaluation of new and existing customers, customer collections, cash application and customer interaction while minimizing financial risk. This role directly leads a team of professionals, including five direct reports and indirectly manages a team of 6 additional employees. To ensure success as Manager, Accounts Receivable, the incumbent should have extensive experience with credit analysis and collections, proficiency with accounting software, high-level analytical skills, strong leadership and managerial skills, and customer experience mindset.

The main responsibility of this role is to manage our customer loan program end to end. Senior financial analyst responsibilities include maintaining general ledger accounts & month-end close procedures related to customer loans, reviewing/processing submission of new loans as well as monitoring compliance using various reporting/analytics. A successful Senior financial analyst combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports. This Account Collector is responsible for ensuring prompt payment from customers for products purchased and services provided based on the agreed upon payment terms. This is accomplished by proactive communication with customers, ability to prioritize and monitor customer accounts and payments. This role requires a customer service mindset, good communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.

Please note that this position is located in Chadds Ford, PA.  This position is responsible for the creation and delivery of invoices for purchase orders submitted through the SAGE system.  It also ensures that invoices are aligned with the company entity and contract through which the orders were placed and appear in the correct instance of SAGE.  On the occasion of customer billing inquiries, this position will also conduct the necessary research to resolve the issues and make any corrections required to the invoices and/or accounts. Timeliness of invoice issuance in line with preestablished due dates is paramount. This position will have access to protected health information (PHI) in the course of his/her duties.  The designated records by HIPAA standards to which this position will have access, include manufacturer invoices and credits.

The main responsibility of this role is to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Staff Accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Staff Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating with a team of accountants. Staff Accountant duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all our accounting tasks.
