The Demant Finance Group Services Payroll Lead will be part of a Shared Services team and have responsibility for leading the Payroll Administrators in the areas of escalations, approvals, and day to day payroll related inquiries across multiple business units. The role will also manage and oversee tax processing task to ensure compliance in accordance with Federal and State regulations. In addition, this team member will be responsible for compiling and remitting state reporting and tax obligations that are not managed by our payroll tax vendor. This position is a highly visible role that support multiple stakeholders and will require strong organization, collaboration, and excellent customer services skills. This position will be based out of the Company Headquarters, located in Somerset, NJ on a hybrid schedule.
This is a key role within the Finance Business Partner Department that will act as a co-pilot to the Senior Finance Director for US Hearing Aids. You will be responsible for the consolidation and reporting of US Hearing Aids to management. You will work with Finance business partners to challenge assumptions, build financial models, organize management reviews, and assist in various department projects. You will use your analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. You will be expected to use insights you have learned to communicate important themes and messages to Company Leadership. You will also support projects and drive financial alignment to shape and execute strategic recommendations. The Financial Analyst manages all projects assigned under the direction and guidance of their manager within their area of responsibility while supporting the initiatives and goals of the Department.

The Project Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of assigned Supply Chain projects which vary in complexity and impact. The projects includes scoping, time, quality, and communications, and cost/budget management.

e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Sales Admin Team Lead who will be the main resource as a temporary fill-in for all regional sales offices that are in transition of hiring a new administrator or while an administer is on vacation/leave. Duties include order entry, producing service quotes, scheduling service appointments, reviewing billing and collection of invoices. First contact with customers will be frequent and showing a high regard for service and growing business relationships is required. In addition to the administrative assignments, this role will assist with training new hires, including system training on CRM and Navision systems.
This position will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and will functionally take direction from Regional Sales Managers. Frequent Travel to branch offices will be required up to 40% of the time with overnight stays.

The primary responsibility of this position is to grow e3’s revenue in the Industrial and Occupational Health market segments of an assigned US geographical territory which overlaps multiple existing regional territories. The Industrial Sales Specialist will be responsible to work closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to create and implement plans for maximizing e3 sales growth in this market segment; and responsible for revenues consisting of equipment sales, calibration and repair services, sound booths, supplies, customer educational services, etc. This position will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders sharing information and creating winning strategies to grow the business.
