The Demant Finance Group Services Payroll Lead will be part of a Shared Services team and have responsibility for leading the Payroll Administrators in the areas of escalations, approvals, and day to day payroll related inquiries across multiple business units. The role will also manage and oversee tax processing task to ensure compliance in accordance with Federal and State regulations. In addition, this team member will be responsible for compiling and remitting state reporting and tax obligations that are not managed by our payroll tax vendor. The Financial Analyst manages all projects assigned under the direction and guidance of their manager within their area of responsibility while supporting the initiatives and goals of the Department.
