e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Technician (Sales & Service Tech) to join our team in the regional office in Cedar Park, TX; this e3 Field Service Technician is the equipment expert that our customers rely on for all their audiological instrumentation needs: new equipment solutions, technical repairs, and NASED-certified calibration.
The Field Service Technician salary starts between $45K - $55K based on experience and after the first year will qualify for quarterly commission. This role also will be eligible for a company vehicle.

e3 Diagnostics is looking for a Lead Sound Booth Laborer to support our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service while supporting e3 Sales and Service colleagues. Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work with 1-2 additional Sound Booth Laborers within the Northeast Region geography.

The Diagnostic Group is part of the Diagnostics Division and is seeking a District Sales Manager to join our team overseeing the East territory. The e3 Diagnostic division of Demant is the US sales, service and distribution function for diagnostic and screening equipment and services for audiology practitioners. e3 Diagnostics is comprised of one central general office (in Arlington Heights, IL) and 25 sales and service offices throughout the continental US. This position is responsible for managing one-third of these offices and their profitable growth.
