The National Education and Training Specialist has the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the success of Oticon.  This individual is responsible for delivering training to staff internally (e.g. through new hire onboarding) and customers externally (e.g. hearing care professionals from Demant’s sister companies and independent sales channel).   The ideal candidate is an audiologist and a dynamic presenter who has demonstrated expertise in delivering training through a variety of medium, including virtual (live and self-paced) and in-person. The National Education and Training Specialist must also be comfortable delivering training to large groups (can range from 10-100+) and providing more individualized coaching to hearing care professionals one-on-one.

The Systems Training Specialist is responsible for creating and delivering training on organization-wide systems, including but not limited to Salesforce, Navision ERP and our proprietary eCommerce platform. This individual will onboard new hires and support new system rollouts or ongoing technology updates by ensuring that employees are proficient in optimizing these systems in their work. The Systems Training Specialist partners with our Customer Service management team to effectively onboard new customer service representatives. Trainings will be conducted via a combination of webinar and in person at the corporate headquarters. A strong candidate is someone with proven skills in creating and delivering systems training in both small and large group settings in multi-media formats. This candidate collaborates effectively with diverse stakeholders to identify skill gaps,  evaluate training effectiveness and design appropriate training curriculum.
