The successful Accounts Receivable Specialist candidate will:
- Apply cash receipts, investigate payments that can’t be applied due to missing remittance, incorrect invoices on remittance, etc.,
- Understand how to credit and rebill customers for over-payments, missing PO#’s, and other reasons.
- Become expert in our OneDiagnostic computer system (Navision) while responding to customers and field sales teams.
- Provide excellent customer service with face-to-face, verbal, and written communication while working in a collaborative and team environment.

The Director establishes and executes sales and marketing strategies both for screening services, HiTrack, supplies, and equipment sales. The Director’s role is todeveloplong-term account relationships with hospitals and neonatal departments, providing sales and support services to our hospital partnersas well as to other NHS service provider companies.
