We develop intuitive and easy to use hearing screening devices working to advance hearing healthcare as part of the Demant Group since 1995.   We’re hiring a dynamic Sr Sales Manager responsible for leading a high performing team at our Eden Prairie, MN office; driving sales, marketing, customer support, and clinical support of our diverse product portfolio of audiological devices. A successful candidate will be able to maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of distributors covering the United States, define and execute stated business objectives including annual sales growth goals, and manage marketing spend within budgeted amounts.

This position will perform administrative, strategic, employee relations and planning duties. Also accountable for the vital task of ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations for HR policies and processes. This position must be able to balance overall business needs, employee support and ongoing operational needs of the company while maintaining compliance with al HR regulations.
