Marketing Account Executive
Preferred location:
Ideally hybrid with Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Chadds Ford, PA office but will consider remote candidates in the US who can travel regularly to Chadds Ford, PA, Syracuse, NY, and more.
The Order Entry Specialist (OES) shall primarily be responsible for entering orders placed through CQ Partners from our member practices for products from all associated manufacturers. The OES shall also be involved in other activities involving orders. These activities will include order reconciliation, confirmations, questions, and follow-up.
The hours for this position will be 10AM to 7PM EST with a one-hour lunch break. This schedule will better support our West Coast customers and provide support when the orders workload is normally heavier.
As a Strategic Analytics Manager, you will evaluate current sales performance for CQ customers and partner with Account Managers to drive optimal business performance. You will work closely with CQ leaders to support and implement high-quality, data-driven strategies, supply reporting and analytics to help ensure effective sales execution and the achievement of growth objectives. Design and implement analytic systems to collect, manage, and convert data into insights for decision-making for the company and for our customers.
The Consumer Support Specialist will provide front-line phone and email support to consumers for Oticon hearing instruments, connectivity devices, and general support.
The Education & Training Specialist is responsible for delivering engaging, informative, and timely training sessions that educate our customers in the designated region on Oticon products and technology.
The ideal candidate is someone with advanced skills in training delivery and large group presentations, and who can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Must be a self-motivated professional who is internally collaborative and externally dynamic in representing the company.

Our dynamic team is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional individual to provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers. Demonstrate the understanding of eligibility verification, insurance prior authorization, filing appeals. This candidate will respond timely to all customers’ request/complaints. Provide basic insurance information to our internal and external customers via email/phone. Review and distribute daily correspondence. Must be able to
