As a Strategic Analytics Manager, you will evaluate current sales performance for CQ customers and partner with Account Managers to drive optimal business performance. You will work closely with CQ leaders to support and implement high-quality, data-driven strategies, supply reporting and analytics to help ensure effective sales execution and the achievement of growth objectives. Design and implement analytic systems to collect, manage, and convert data into insights for decision-making for the company and for our customers.

The Sr. Manager of Customer and Inside Sales Services is responsible for managing, leading and developing the Customer Service team and acts as the anchor for all personnel based out of our New Jersey site. This is a senior role, tasked with providing outstanding customer service to our field team, clinicians and our valued patients. In addition, this role provides inside sales support to the field, managing sales initiatives and supporting contracting.
The Clinical Territory Manager will work in conjunction with the Regional Director to manage clinical needs and field sales activities to maintain and develop unit and dollar sales in their assigned territory. The CTM will also be responsible for training surgeons and ancillary medical personnel on all proprietary implantable devices, equipment, and surgical procedures in the operating room. This position requires fiscal budget responsibility, ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding work environment and working nights and weekends when required.
