The Education & Training Specialist is responsible for delivering engaging, informative, and timely training sessions that educate our customers in the MidAmerica Region on Oticon products and technology. The position requires five years of experience selling hearing devices to consumers or two years of experience as an Oticon Account Manager. A Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) degree in Audiology is required. Exceptional public speaking abilities are an essential requirement.
The ideal candidate is someone with advanced skills in training delivery and large group presentations, and who can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Must be a self-motivated professional who is internally collaborative and externally dynamic in representing the company.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Field Training, with a dotted line to the Regional Manager in the MidAmerica Region.
The MidAmerica Territory covers: MI, MN, ND, SD, WI, IN, IL, IA.
The Project Manager is an enthusiastic, highly collaborative, self-starter responsible for the intake, planning, assignment, and monitoring of creative marketing projects from start to finish through verbal & written communication and project management software.
They collaborate with project stakeholders to confirm project requirements, plan project timelines, and communicate updates throughout the project lifecycle. Keeping all stakeholders involved on task, they ensure the smooth operation of the creative marketing campaigns for multiple departments to achieve results. They have client-relations responsibilities that include managing expectations (incl possible realignment linked to impact of higher divisional priorities), managing scope creep, and satisfying clients and stakeholders by producing high-quality work on time.
The Project Manager is also responsible for configuration, implementation, and administration of the internal project management system, Workfront, to enable department-wide visibility promoting cross-team collaboration, processes, and reporting.
