AUDIOLOGY EDUCATION & TRAINING MANAGER (Remote)
The Audiology Education & Training Manager is responsible for delivering engaging, informative and timely training sessions that educate our customers at Costco and other growing retail customers. The sessions will occur via webinar, or in person at the location level, the regional level or at a national event. The sessions will focus mainly on Philips Hearing Solutions and other Demant technology.
The ideal candidate is someone with advanced skills in audiology training delivery in both small and large group presentations, and who can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. S/He must be a self-motivated professional who is internally collaborative and externally dynamic in representing the company.
Extensive Travel (approximately 80%) is required

The Senior Manager of Commercial Excellence is responsible for all aspects related to sales excellence strategy and implementation for the sales teams within US Wholesale. These activities include, but are not limited to:
- designing, developing and delivering sales excellence training materials
- developing and analyzing metrics via sales excellence dashboard to measure sales force effectiveness and proposing solutions to address gaps
- coaching and presenting to staff
- presenting at local, regional, corporate and national customer seminars and conventions
This individual also partners with the VP of Sales, the National Sales Director and Regional Managers to onboard new field staff, as well as coaches all Account Managers on achieving sales excellence by adopting Demant’s sales excellence methodology called the Account Interaction Model (AIM). The Sr Manager of Commercial Excellence plays a pivotal role in maximizing sales force effectiveness and ensuring that our sales messaging is on point by owning the collaboration with other US Wholesale staff, including sales, marketing, audiology and customer experience. S/he will also serve as a key resource for Oticon Denmark headquarters and Demant Commercial Excellence team in developing and implementing commercial excellence projects/ training for US Demant.
This position can be performed from a remote location or at Oticon, Inc. headquarters in Somerset, NJ.
SENIOR MANAGER OF MEETINGS AND EVENTS

The Senior Manager of Meetings and Events oversees the planning, management, coordination and execution of both internal employee and external customer events. These events include major international trade shows, national product launch events with 1000+ attendees, and in-person/ virtual training seminars. The Sr Manager of Meetings and Events supervises a team of Events Managers and Coordinators to ensure that all aspects of the events are executed flawlessly from start to finish. S/He will direct multiple vendors and be responsible for detailed project management and budget.
This role requires a highly organized and process-driven professional with experience in both big picture ideation and attention to all details that make an event special. The Sr Manager of Meetings and Events must have proven experience and success in handling multiple projects simultaneously with ease, and needs to be comfortable in working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
This position is based out of Oticon, Inc. headquarters in Somerset, NJ.
MARKETING ASSOCIATE
This position will report to the Manager, B2C Brand Marketing and will be responsible for coordinating and execution of day to day traditional and digital B2C marketing activities, including, but not limited to email nurturing, Always On paid media, lead generation segmentation, marketing automations, and site updates. This position will require daily contact with internal departments as well as our external vendors. The B2C Brand Marketing Associate will rely on his/her own experience and judgment to execute and accomplish goals by performing a wide variety of tasks. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of executing marketing initiatives, and driving qualified traffic, brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and customer experience to ultimately drive revenue and increase market share.

The Director of Quality Systems and Regulatory Affairs is responsible for pre-market and post-market regulatory affairs and quality assurance programs at Oticon Medical. This position ensures product and operational compliance related to the US activities for its Class-2 and Class 3 medical devices. These include but are not limited to product importation, registration, repackaging and labeling, obtaining regulatory approvals, ensuring that a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) is in place to maintain the level of compliance to meet the needs of the company and the company’s customers . The Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Director oversees and/or participates in external regulatory inspections and ensures the timely filing of documents, medical device reporting, records and reports with various regulatory agencies. The position will provide Quality & Regulatory Leadership and will ensure that personnel have the skills and competencies necessary to meet Oticon Medical’s present and future needs.

NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
This position will support Oticon's industry leading growth through the cultivation of relationships with Oticon’s largest key partners and other WDH Companies. The primary responsibility is to develop and grow Oticon hearing instrument revenue with assigned strategic partners through the Independent Sales Team. Through the delivery of best-in-class customer experience, the National Account Manager will serve as the advocate for partners to Oticon’s Account/Regional Managers, Inside Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and IT teams, as well as externally to the partner on behalf of Oticon, in order to firmly secure our position as Manufacturer of choice.
