AHP coordinates workers’ compensation hearing claims on behalf of several types of clients, including organizations such as insurance carriers, TPAs and companies that fulfill durable medical product orders.  We are seeking a motivated and experienced Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team and play a crucial and integral role in how our clients, providers, and claimants/patients receive their appropriate hearing healthcare within the workers’ compensation space. You would be responsible for coordinating the services associated with hearing claims between clients, providers, and claimants/patients. In the rewarding role as a Telehealth Hearing Care Audiologist (THHC-AUD), you will provide audiology services in the same manner as being in the clinic, however, you are providing live services remotely. You will evaluate, treat, and counsel patients with hearing disorders to improve communication function using audio-video interactive conferencing technology. You will provide synchronous telehealth services to patients in the state(s) which you are licensed to practice as an audiologist.  You will work in conjunction with an on-site THHC-Facilitator (THHC-F) who will remain with the patient during the appointment and who will perform activities that will facilitate the appointment successfully under your instruction and guidance. If the Facilitator role evolves into an Audiology Assistant position, you may also become the Audiology Assistant’s supervisor if needed and if required by state regulations. These activities include identifying, developing and implementing new commercial processes, practices and tools to maximize commercial impact for the US market. The Senior Manager of Commercial Excellence will also take a leading role in providing actionable commercial recommendations for the sales, marketing, operations and other key management teams within Demant.
