William Demant, a leading global company in hearing healthcare is currently seeking an (Inside Sales Representative). William Demant is the umbrella for a number of independent companies including Oticon Inc. within hearing care and treatment of hearing loss. The Inside Sales Representative responsibility is to develop new business opportunities and maintain current customer relationships through proactive phone contact management. This includes phone support on new leads and current customers. The Inside Sales Representative works with the Account Managers to determine the needs of the customers and the action plan to meet those needs.
Sales Operations Team Lead
The Sales Operations Team Lead’s responsibility is to triage escalations and serves as the primary support role for the Sales Operations Manager. The incumbent works closely with the sales support teams to manage the process of regional and clerical email boxes, consignment and loaner bank requests and the commerce portals to ensure the work is handled within 24-48 hours. This position supports the Inside Sales team in the phone loops in the event of coverage issues.

The Manager of Customer Data Management’s job responsibility is to manage the daily activities of the Customer Data management team and the Rebillers. Manages business support programs, sales-related support to sales staff, completes administrative tasks related to operational activities, and implements new policies to ensure the sales process runs efficiently. Collaborates with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations as well as Demant sister companies to ensure effectiveness of programs.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales Operations.

AHP coordinates workers’ compensation hearing claims on behalf of several types of clients, including organizations such as insurance carriers, TPAs and companies that fulfill durable medical product orders.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team and play a crucial and integral role in how our clients, providers, and claimants/patients receive their appropriate hearing healthcare within the workers’ compensation space. You would be responsible for coordinating the services associated with hearing claims between clients, providers, and claimants/patients. The types of skills that generally equate to success in this role are: self-motivation, extreme attention to detail, an ability to adapt to change, an able to manage time efficiently, and having a “can-do attitude” in a fast-paced environment. Most important is an attitude to always strive to deliver second-to-none service throughout the process.
