Nationally, Oticon leverages the following marketing vehicles to drive market share growth: various digital media, television, PR, print, and a branded loyalty program.  At the local level, Oticon works directly with Hearing Care professionals to develop local outreach efforts to pull patients into local clinics.        Lead the development of the annual strategic plan and financial budget in coordination with the Sales, Customer Experience, Learning & Development, and Audiology teams. SENIOR MANAGER E-COMMERCE   The Senior E-Commerce Manager collaborates with internal departments to ensure the delivery of an effective online customer experience by managing the vision and implementation of the strategic e-commerce plan for the Company’s E-Commerce website, MyOticon.com, and the company website Oticon.com. This position will manage MyOticon.com and Oticon.com and act as Product Owner for the two websites. The Senior E-Commerce Manager will ensure the sites are easy to navigate, up to date with web technology, competitive and reflect the needs of the customer and consumer, while managing all new features and functionality. The qualified candidate must be willing to be responsible and demonstrate the initiative for the entire operation and details pertaining to the E-Commerce site and corporate website from planning to execution. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variation in their work and being able to participate in various roles such as site planning, web technology and functionality, customer experience, and web analytics.
