Our products  are sold in more than 130 countries.   The Customer Data Specialist’s responsibility is to validate and set up new accounts, and to maintain accurate account pricing, warranties and preferences for Demant wholesale and network companies. Through proactive phone and email contact, the Customer Data Specialist works with the external and internal sales teams to determine the needs of the customers and the action plan to meet those needs. Evaluates the Customer’s business case and rationale for pricing and set up. Works with the Demant sales management teams to audit the pricing and ensure data integrity across all customer records.

The Account Manager in the Northwest region will be responsible for managing and directing all field sales activities in order to exceed unit and revenue targets for Philips and other Demant brands in big box retail (Costco) and emerging channels for a designated region in the US. The Account Manager will also review market situations to determine customer needs, sales opportunities and threats from competition. Individual will manage performance of Costco Hearing Aid Centers and other emerging channels, so that territory over-delivers overall corporate sales target and goals.
