Marketing Manager sought for cutting edge medical device with double digit growth trajectory. The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing new hearing implant technology to the marketplace, shaping the messaging for a variety of medical professionals, including hearing care professionals and surgeons. The Marketing Manager also proactively markets portfolio of existing products by analyzing customer behaviors, technology trends, sales behaviors, support issues, competitive analyses, and product usage patterns; as well as guiding the organization in current and future product needs. In addition, this role is responsible for all aspects of the product launch process and product life cycle, as well as assigned product training, marketing, day-to-day support, and planning needs. This position is visible across the organization, requires flexibility and strict attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
The Clinical Specialist will work in conjunction with the Regional Director to increase Oticon Medical (OM) sales, expand existing sales base, pursue new business opportunities, strategically plan sales activities, identify target accounts, and sell through clinical support activities to help achieve 100% to quota.

The Territory Manager supervises and directs all field sales activities to maintain and develop sales in their territory. By creating and executing on a Quarterly Account Plan (QAP), they will focus on top accounts and high value opportunities. Territory managers track market conditions, sales opportunities, and threats from competitors to ensure success. Training surgeons and ancillary medical personnel on all proprietary implantable devices, equipment, and surgical procedure in the operating room is the foundation of relationship building and success in this role.
The primary role of the Manager of Sales Operations is to maximize the productivity of the internal sales and support teams to achieve the revenue and market share goals established by Oticon. The Manager of Sales Operations will accomplish these goals through the coaching and personal development of the individuals he/she is managing, and by co-operating with the Regional Managers and the Sales Leadership team to complement the goals set for each individual region.
